Gobi 65 is the vegeterian version of chicken 65 recipe with minor differences. Our whole family loves this recipe. My mother-in-law also makes this recipe whenever we are get together. It is tastier though she adds only besan flour, chilli powder and salt with cauliflower. But I am adding some more ingredients to make this cauliflower fry even more tastier.
Serve this as a evening snack or a starter or a side dish for rice. This will go good with paruppu kuzhambu, sambar, kootu, rasam etc...

Crispy cauliflower 65 is ready to eat! Enjoy it as a tea time snack or as a side dish.
Lax Notes
* Do not add too much besan flour in the marination masala. Otherwise it will create a layer around cauliflower like a bajji.
* Marination masala has to be thick. So add thick curd. If you want you can add littler bit of rice flour as well.
