Today i am making this kanchi using black gram(urad dal) without skin. But you can also make this kanchi with black gram(with skin) which is more healthier.

Home Made Ginger Garlic Paste
Ginger garlic paste is one of the very basic ingredient which we use in most of our indian cooking. It is also essential for non-veg recipes. Grinding ginger garlic paste very little is hard. Sometimes i skip ginger garlic paste for the sake of grinding little. Thats when i decided to grind generous amount of ginger garlic paste and store it. Now, I grind it and store it atleast for two weeks. This paste will be good for a month in referigerator. But i prefer store small amount and no longer than two weeks.
