Ginger garlic paste is one of the very basic ingredient which we use in most of our indian cooking. It is also essential for non-veg recipes. Grinding ginger garlic paste very little is hard. Sometimes i skip ginger garlic paste for the sake of grinding little. Thats when i decided to grind generous amount of ginger garlic paste and store it. Now, I grind it and store it atleast for two weeks. This paste will be good for a month in referigerator. But i prefer store small amount and no longer than two weeks. Try this homemade ginger garlic paste at your home and use it whenever you need.
Ginger Garlic Paste
Ingredients
Ginger | - 1/2 cup (chopped) |
Garlic | - 1/2 cup(chopped) |
Oil | - 1 tbsp |
Instructions
1. Wash the ginger and peel off the skin. Also break the garlic bulb into cloves and peel the skin.
2. Chop ginger and garlic into small pieces.
3. Put chopped ginger, garlic and add oil in a blender or mixer. Grind it like a smooth paste.
4. Store this paste in a container and put it in referigerator.
Handy and essential Home Made Ginger Garlic Paste is ready to use in your cooking.
Lax Notes
* Grind ginger garlic paste using water if you are going to use it instantly. Otherwise don't add water while grinding.
* Here i used same quantity of ginger and garlic. If you want you can add more garlic, less ginger and vice versa.
* This paste is good for a month in referigerator.
